If we decide to change how we will use personally identifiable information (or make other changes to this Policy), we will post the changes on this page or email you a notice, in each case indicating the effective date, so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we may use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it. In order to use some of the facilities accessible through this Web site, you must first complete a registration form that requires you to give your contact information, including name, email address and password. This information is used to contact you about the services on our Site for which you have expressed an interest. We may not be able to provide information regarding our services if you do not provide this information. By completing the form, you confirm that you have been advised of the purposes for which the information will be used, that you consent to such use, and that you agree to be bound by this Policy (and other applicable agreements required for use of the Site), as in effect from time to time.
Milara is the sole owner of the data and information collected on this Site, which we may use to track your activities and administer the Site; to contact you about new services, features and changes on our Site; for internal review and analysis; and for external sanitized (i.e. not personally identifiable) studies and reports. We may also disclose personally identifiable information when we conclude that disclosing it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Use or to protect the safety or security of other users, our company or the general public.
Cookies, IP Addresses and Log Files
We use cookies, IP addresses and log files to administer the Site. A log file is a list of recent actions that is maintained by our servers. An IP address is the unique identifying number assigned to each device connected to the Internet. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
A cookie is a piece of data that we store on your hard drive and that may contain information about you and your computer. This promotes ease of communication between your computer and the Site and enables us to target relevant announcements and promotional material to you. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our Site. After you close your browser, cookies may stay active for a period of 24 hours so you do not have to reenter login information. (You may be able to use your computer's control panel to disable cookies; but doing so may affect your ease in using the Site.)
We have no access to or control over cookies or log files that may be used by linked (or other third party) web sites.

Understandably, our affiliates, partners and advertisers may want to know about the demographics and characteristics of our users. Therefore, we may share aggregated demographic information data with them. This is group data that breaks down information about the broad characteristics of our users and is not linked to personal information that can identify individual persons.
We may partner with another party to provide specific services. If so, we can give your email address to this provider so it can contact you, but we will not share other personally identifiable information without your permission.
However, if Milara is sold to a new owner, whether by merger, stock sale, asset sale or other means, we retain the right to transfer your user data and information to the new owner, provided that owner agrees to respect the Policy in effect with respect to this personal data.
