Milara will be presenting the new cost reduced version of the TouchPrint series inline stencil printer. The system is a true, high speed fully automated stencil printer capable of loading, aligning, printing and ejecting a circuit board in less than 10 seconds (with a 5 inch print stroke at 5 inches per second print speed using vibration squeegee technology). Accuracy and repeatability of the alignment are not compromised, therefore, the TouchPrint can deliver both quantity and quality of today’s production requirements. The system also features a vacuum and paperless bottom side stencil wiper, network driven dual loop servo axes, auto conformal bottom side tooling and a paste dispensing system that will not interrupt your production cycle.

Also located in the booth will be our new generation of auto vision stand alone batch printers, the SemiTouch Auto Vision printer known as the “STAV”. The STAV offers advanced technological features and combines them with unprecedented ease of operation. With a simple button push, the STAV automatically adjusts the PCB to the stencil targets and prints with no manual adjustment required.
