The TouchPrint
TP2929 is a true, highly accurate stencil printer capable of loading, aligning,
printing and unloading printed circuit boards without operator intervention. An
innovative closed-loop, high-end motion control system does not compromise
alignment accuracy or repeatability, resulting in TP2929's ability to deliver
the quantity and quality demanded by today's production requirements.
With a print area of
2.2" to 22.0" (50.8 to 558 mm), the two time award winning TP2929 offers
vision-guided, fully automated pin placement, and high repeatability and
accuracy (12 µm and 25 µm, respectively). Other benefits include: New patented
ultrasonic, ecologically friendly bottom-side stencil wiper; patented vibration
squeegee technology; a single flying overhead camera gantry operation; passive
axis design for reduced mechanical liability; nondestructive servo board edge
clamping and new kinetic board stop device; quad paste dispensing head; new
